WHB Engineers provides as-needed professional services as Qualified SWPPP Practitioner/Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSP/QSD) to support the existing, ongoing Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) requirements for inspection and maintenance as approved by the County of Orange.

WHB has additionally reviewed the existing WQMP dated July 24, 2002 prepared by Fuscoe Engineering to help develop maintenance recommendations and processes such that LBUSD is in compliance with the approved WQMP. WHB has trained appropriate LBUSD team members on the implementation of the current WQMP.
